When Krème first approached NM in 2021, they were an emerging brand fresh off a crowdfunding launch. Today, they’re one of the fastest-growing skincare brands in French pharmacies, with dozens of awards to their name.
Our performance marketing strategy - combined with a close, collaborative partnership - has helped Krème grow from start-up to scale-up. Four years on, we’re proud to have earned and maintained their trust every step of the way.
🚧 The Challenges/ Objectives
The challenge was clear: grow quickly without losing what made the brand different. Krème was entering a saturated skincare market, where consumers are overwhelmed with choice and new brands launch every week.
The risk? Blending in, or chasing short-term gains at the expense of long-term credibility. As a young brand with strong values, Krème needed to scale without relying on aggressive promos or compromising on identity - all while navigating the unpredictable nature of ecommerce growth.

Budget Forecasting: In a fast-moving category with unpredictable trends, we needed clarity and control. We built a forecasting model that gave full visibility into spend, performance expectations, and seasonality - helping Krème make confident decisions without compromising on long-term goals.
Creative Strategy: Cutting through the noise meant we couldn’t just repurpose generic assets. Every campaign was built to convert and reflect Krème’s identity. Their collaborative mindset - “Here’s our idea, how do we push it further?” - enabled true co-creation, with content tailored to platforms and audiences.
Strategic Recommendations: Scaling meant looking beyond media buying. We shared ongoing insights - not just on Paid Search & Social, but also UX, email flows, benchmarks, and tools. The objective: help Krème evolve into a mature ecommerce brand without losing their edge.
Optimisation & Testing: We experimented constantly - from UGC to storytelling formats, from YouTube to Gmail, and from niche audiences to broad ones - always balancing performance with brand consistency.
